Shipping Information:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days open receipt. If a product is on back order we will contact you with the shipping dates.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will accept stock items returned within 30 days in saleable condition, subject to a 25% restocking charge and less shipping charges. All cancelled factory orders are subject to 25% cancellation fee. Non-stock items, or items held more than 30 days cannot be returned unless defective. We will accept defective returns within the manufacturer's warrantee period. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to defective returns
